Tattoo Removal?

I keep hearing about this wrecking balm stuff for painless tattoo removal. I think it's pretty cool that you don't have to go through painful laser removal anymore. How awesome is that? I currently have two tattoos, but the one on my leg needs to be recolored. I keep thinking I'll get it done, but honestly, having Diabetes, I hesitate, since I heal a little slower and am more prone to infection. My choice is having a half colored butterfly on my leg, or removing it completely. Have you tried
